His father Larry Duhamel is a salesman who helps people with advertisem*nts. His mother Bonny L. Kemper is a retired school teacher, working as an executive director for Downtown Business & Profession Association in Minot.

He has three younger sisters: Mckenzee, Ashlee, and Kassidy.
