This is a get paid to website, much like Swagbucks, which pays you for completing a set number of Deals. Swagbucks though is much more legit and doesn’t require you to spend any money to get free gift cards.

Flash Rewards has 3.9 stars on Trustpilot, which is a rating of “Great.” This seems promising.

Issues with receiving payments

Many users report issues when it comes to payment. When you see that many people complain about not getting paid, it suggests a real problem with the company.

Also, the way that the site works is just not as good as other similar sites.

Having to complete a lot of Deals, some of which you have to pay for

While some of the Deals on Flash Rewards don’t require you to pay anything up-front, others require you to do so. For example, you may have to pay to subscribe to a service. And, with some of the subscription Deals, they’re only achievable if you don’t quickly cancel, or sign up just to opt out a short time after.

If you forget to cancel your subscriptions once you have the gift card, then you may be charged.

Since you do have to pay for some of the Deals in order to claim the gift card, it means that you may end up spending money paying for goods and services that you didn’t really want or need in the first place.

Issues with privacy

For a lot of these Deals, you’re having to give away information about yourself to the company, and this does bring up some privacy concerns.

The Flash Rewards privacy policy states:

• “We may share and/or sell Information that we have about users in many ways and for many purposes, for which we may be compensated.”

So, it seems as though the company may share your information and not only that, it may sell it also.

Another security concern is the ID verification process. In order to claim your reward, the company requires you to verify your identity. If you are just uploading a photo of yourself, it’s not a big deal. But, if you’re having to upload a photo of your driver’s license or home address, this can potentially open you up to a number of security issues, such as identity theft.

Overall, I think that there are better options out there for earning free gift cards and real cash. I’ll outline some of them in the section below.

With websites like Swagbucks and QuickRewards, you can complete a few tasks, and earn money. You don’t have to pay anything upfront or complete a set number or Deals to earn.

Instead, you can just pick up your phone or go on your computer to earn free gift cards and money.
